One of the most highly sought after Pygmy Angels due to their intense orange and purple colors as well as their constant movement/swimming in & out of the rocks. The Flame Angel is a totally reef safe species. I've never seen them bother soft corals or LPS corals nor clams. They can be housed with other Pygmy Angels in reef tanks 75g & larger. Best results is to introduce the Pygmy Angels together at the same time.

I have experienced this to be a "Reef Safe" fish that shouldn't bother soft corals, hard corals or inverts if fed properly.
