I ordered a red and blue Mandarin pair, shipment was good. It was delayed by weather by the shipper but it was what was best for the fish, so that is not a complaint. Fish came packed in a cooler with two heater packs stuck to the lid, and fish in bags wrapped in bubble wrap. Both fish were acclimated per the given instructions. Both fish were active in the bags and even more so when put into the tank. Both fish were both very healthy and were shipped on a cold 10 degree day to Buffalo, NY. 

P.S. they even got to ride in the front seat with the driver as requested on the box.

Hopefully I'll never have to order again, but if I do I would buy here again.
