Note from Penny:  When I have children here I tell them that Tangs are like "ocean cows" & I ask them what cows eat.  Grass! they shout!  Yes!  So if these fish are like cows, what do you think is the food they should eat?  They look puzzled & that's when I pull out the Nori & tell them SEAWEED!!
